  •  Finding and hiring productive employees for our team (Recruitment throughout the entire life cycle)
  •  Experience in IT Recruitment: 2 years
  •  Experience in Human Resources Processes: 2 years
  •  English level: Upper-Intermediate
  •  It is desirable to have your own base of candidates
  • Employee induction (adaptation)
  • Adaptation, motivation, employee involvement
  • Development and strengthening of the HR brand of the company
  • Managing onboarding process with new employees
