Supply Partnership Director

We are looking for a talented and experienced Supply Partnership Director to join our business development team.

WMG International (known as adWMG) is an ad tech company based in London, Kyiv, and Los Angeles. It is an official partner of Google, Amazon, Facebook, and other international companies in the development of advertising software. The company’s main product line is based on JS Tag base, VAST, header bidding, and openRTB technologies.

  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the programmatic monetization industry, three years at least
  • Understanding JS Tag base, VAST, header bidding, and openRTB technologies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, market trends, and industry best practices
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, leveraging insights to drive decision-making.
  • Explore and establish connections with supply partners globally, including direct publishers, mobile application and CTV developers, SSPs, and agencies
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of supply partnership professionals, business developers, media buyers and lead generation specialists
  • Develop and execute the company's supply partnership strategy, aligning with organizational objectives to optimize the supply chain ecosystem
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers, Xbox and Playstation vendors, and service providers to enhance product offerings, streamline operations, and drive efficiencies
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential SSP partners, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal WMG International teams, including procurement, operations, and product management, to align partnership initiatives with business goals and priorities
  • Attend up to four conferences and events annually to network
  • Coordinate virtual meetings via platforms like Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and others
  • Continuously maintain the monetization performance of supply partners
  • Conduct negotiations via email.
