We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team.

We are WMG International, known as adWMG — a product company founded in 2014 with offices in Los Angeles, London, and Kyiv.

Our mission is to collaborate with publishers and advertisers worldwide and monetize web, mobile apps, and CTV inventory programmatically on a CPM-based model.

As a global programmatic media partner for game publishers, we help studios scale their games across mobile, PC, and console platforms using our proprietary DSP technology.

We are an official Google MCM partner, IAB-certified vendor, and Prebid demand provider, offering performance-focused media buying for player growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell advertising placements in mobile games to clients in the US, Canada, and UK
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals on a CPM-based model
  • Consistently deliver on ambitious sales targets of $50K–$100K per month
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent adWMG at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements:
  • Fluent/Advanced English — ability to sell confidently to US, Canadian, and British clients
  • Proven B2B sales experience in Western markets (preferably in advertising, media, or ad tech)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
  • Location: Europe or Ukraine
