REMOTELYWe are looking for one more player to join the team – a Customer Success Manager in London, Los Angeles and Kyiv.
WMG International (known as adWMG) is a product ad tech company based in London, Kyiv, and Los Angeles. The company is an official partner of Google, Amazon, Facebook, and other international companies for the development of advertising software. The main product line is based on JS Tag base, VAST, header bidding, and openRTB technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience in working in programmatic monetization companies for two years
- Understating the market of adTech programmatic buying
- Experience in openRTB, header bidding and VAST integrations
- Sales skills
- Fluent English
- Initiative and active life position.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and monetization services
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's monetization goals, challenges, and needs
- Resolve client issues and escalations promptly and professionally, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure prompt resolution
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and foster strong relationships.
